Exciting News and Prestigious Awards.

We’re so elated to report some exciting news! Last week we were invited to attend the House Wow Property Services awards 2022 where the team scooped two prestigious awards.

House Wow are the UKs leading Home Staging and Property Styling professionals and hosted the awards event at The Village Hotel in Birmingham where all the guests and nominees enjoyed a delicious lunch before the winners in each category were announced and the awards presented.

Best Show Home Design and Photography of the Year                       

To our great delight we were presented with the award for the Best Show Home Design and Photography of the Year. This award means the world to our entire team because developers expect their show homes to look above and beyond exquisite and are always staged from scratch. Staging show homes requires us to utilise all our range of skills from meticulous planning and logistics, market research to identify key potential buyers and then translating all that into the most sumptuous interior room schemes that buyers just can’t resist.

Professional Property Photographer of the Year (Show Home Property to Sell).                                       

As if we weren’t chuffed enough, our colleague and professional lifestyle photographer Elli Dean www.ellideanphotography.co.uk went on to receive the award for Professional Photographer of the Year – also in the all-important Show Home category.

Elli is a renowned commercial and lifestyle photographer whose talent helps translate our finished interior schemes into show stopping, high resolution images. Her attention to detail and many years of experience mean that her distinctive photographs always stand out from the competition on any platform. The professional photography we offer is a vital tool for all our clients and in particular to developers using show homes, so to see Elli honoured for her skills in front of her peers was fantastic.

Dedication and hard work

The whole team are absolutely thrilled to receive these awards in recognition of our dedication and hard work on behalf of all our clients. The last couple of years have presented many challenges to the property industry so we are especially proud to have been recognised for our expertise and professionalism. To have won against stiff competition from the very best staging professionals in the industry was the icing on the cake.
